I finally figured out how to unlock the workbench on spectacle island, started building my massive settlement, and when I started installing lights, they were not bright enough to even light up the area, yet the lights work perfectly fine at sanctuary hill. I am running with 50 power at the moment, and all wiring is done correctly, unless you can't have the boat generator also tied in, which I have not attempted to disconnect, but it would make no sense for that to be the issue. Please help me.
