So I JUST bought New Vegas last week after years of not owning a machine that could used for gaming and within the first few hours I've somehow managed to speed up the overall gameplay by about x2.

And I don't mean just the movment speed of the characters, I mean even the soundwaves for the radio on my Pip Boy are moving faster.

I have no idea what I'm doing and I don't know where to put a topic like this so here I am begging for help.

Help a fellow gamer down on his luck...
