This is starting to get annoying, i can't figure out why im not getting the speech options that the wiki says im supposed to. Are these simply bugs or im not satisfying some hidden requirement, i have no idea...if theres a way to check via console, that would be nice...

Heres a list so far :

Vault 22 : No option to use science or speech to convince Kelly not to delete the data

Norh vegas square : Thug guarding andy's room in the gray, no speech option to make him go away.

Is your speech high enough?

It usually shows up if it is but it might not be.

Or do you need to scroll down?

A friend of mine didn't realize he could scroll down in dialogue until his second playthrough of F3.

Yea i was scrolling down, with a speech skill of 75 or higher. It simply wasnt on the list.

Then it is a bug, you may have to revert to an old save or even restart if you want to do that quest.

Also another bug, but non speech related : If you expose Keller at miguel's pawn shop and go back to Contreras, select the the "a ranger replaced price" dialog option, the next dialog option (only one choice) is invisible. You can still click on it and proceed, but you can't read the text.
