While playing does my speed get drained for whatever reason and I just don't understand how or why.

Here's the mod list, perhaps anyone can see what the problem is.

MOBS optional combat settings will do that while you are running backwards unless you have the newest version with that function specifically removed.

If that's your load order, it's a mess, with at least several conflicting mods in it. Living Economy and Enhanced Economy together is a big no-no. I'm pretty sure MMM-Durability and Damage is not meant to be used with OOO.

You should run BOSS on that, if you can, and then read carefully through the report it generates. Straighten out what you can and then post your revised load order.

The sad thing is that I have been running BOSS quite often and it is reasonably ordered, safe for the last 7 or so mods which boss an not recognize.

I'd have removed Living Economy in favour of the newer and more robust Enhanced Economy.

TIE may not be that compatible with MMM for OOO.

The ones after your bashed patch, with the exception of the ones intentionally placed there by BOSS, should be reported in the BOSS thread and then moved into the same group as mods that do similar things.

Deactivated the script optimization too, and Tie is compatible, at least there have been no problems so far thanks to the bashed patch.

Okay, then you just need to confirm that the speed drain is fixed (looks like you removed the combat settings mod), and then work on getting those unrecognized mods sorted.

The speed drain is fixed, however now I am constantly crashing whenever I try to Enter Bliss on the shivering isles. Every other place works just fine.
