Speeding Up Load Times - XBOX 360

Post » Wed Mar 17, 2010 9:51 am

I don't know if this is true but it seems to be. In my 1 day playing streak I noticed the load times started to get worse and worse. Sometimes taking up to 2 mins+ to load a place. I shut down the xbox reloaded the game and load times improved quite a bit. I've done this several times and it seems to do the trick.

I have about 20 saves as well.

I noticed the same thing. I've found that, after and hour or two, it's a good idea to go back to the Dashboard and relaunch the game. I guess this is evidence of a memory leak? Anyway, it seems to work for me when the load times start to take more than a couple seconds.

Perhaps a patch. I mean the load times can be pretty insane. Especially if you are loading a huge area like freeside. At least I'm not crazy. Anyone else notice this.

Maybe after playing for so long its memory just gets bogged down, and restarting it all clears the cache?
