So anyone knows where i can download a working bugfree spell cost reduction mod?So that it works like in Daggerfall and a high skill in a magic school reduces the magicka needed to cast the spell?All links I found are dead.

I cannot link you at the moment, but there's dopeyFish's excellent Mastering Magicka mod.

It also changes some other things (adds magicka regeneration, casting spells costs fatigue, and those things are affected by armor being worn (which is a thing mentioned in lore IIRC) and, if you use the Spellcasting-with-a-weapon-drawn thing from the MCP, that also affects fatigue cost while casting... If I'm not misremembering)

I also recall there being a mod that only did what you ask, but I can't remember the name... But you can find it in the Morrowind Modding History site (that's where I saw it), so you can look there.
