Spell effects and conflict?

I have a question about agar varied spell effects and also magic projectile variants. I have looked all over for thread that pertain to these two to see if they conflict and I have also read both read me's . So know I think I remember agar varied spell effects conflicts with stuff. I can find or remember where I saw that any help with these two mod would be appreciated thanks.

If using a Bashed Patch I guess you could just import the sounds from AgarMoreVariedSpellEffects.esp and keep it unchecked? Perhaps the same but with Graphics/NoMerge tags instead for Magic Projectile Variants.esp (perhaps scripts as well, not sure how it's set up). Then you would just get the sounds/graphics from them and wouldn't have to worry about other incompatibilities (and possible incompatibilities with other magic mods).
