So I have found spell tomes (fromt he plug-in) for the powerful touch damage health spells (damage health 35pts for 3 seconds) with two separate characters both at low levels, and I've noticed that the spell won't have any effect unless the target has been otherwise injured at least once (sometimes having no effect even after that..anyone know know whats up with this?
