Is there a mod that adds spell toolbars, similar to Warcraft? My memory svcks, so being able to see what I have hotkeyed (plus being able to click the number to cast!) would be most helpful.

Hold down a hotkey to see the wheel. Also check out TheNiceOne's Enhanced Hotkeys.
