If you are considering compatibility with TR.. you could push it to the erradication of the imperials from Vvanderfel and then maybe the ashlanders or any native Faction or maybe a coalition of some of them could claim and split the semi ruined forts and rebuild/populate them... acording to territorial domain... then the imperials could pull back their military to the outer coast of the inner sea and establish some isolated tower like fortifications on separated islands to create a blocade remaining in control of the rest of Morrowind since there isn{t evidence of actual sea warfare beyond boarding and melee in ES. nor any evidence of indoril or great houses war ships or fleet of some kind that I know
Yeah I thought about that but given the amount of work that's I've put in and the amount of spare time I have I had thought that if it proved popular and the player chose to push the Imps out then I would fill things like that out in a sequel and have the Imps steal some Dw. tech and build their own airships and constructs but with an Imperial flavour.
Have you decided how to procede with the mod, iio?
I have most of the main mod quest's story in my head(mmq?). I like the idea of having choices and sometimes I want to play as an Imp and sometimes I want to play as the Nerevar and sometimes I just go walking in the Ashlands. What I really want to do is give the player choices. I want to keep it within lore as much as possible and within my own time contraints. I would like to include paths for:
1) My faction to go it alone
2) Choose to side with the Imps or the Tribunal(impersonate Sotha Sil or support an impostor or through your Nerevarins status)
3) Choose to be the true Nerevarine and reveal the Tribunal and remove the Imps from the land
4) Be a jerk and kill everything by siding with Dagoth Ur, breaking the Ghostfence and punishing the Dunmer for supporting the Tribunal and Imps(except the Nerevarine cult and the Ashlanders who have remained true since Nerevar's death).
5) Side with a new faction that isn't in the lore.
I would liek to include not black and white alliances but grey areas and uneasy situations.
