I'm not sure how long it's been, but 26 people have joined the settlement since I told her to go. Will she ever leave

I wondered that myself. After the umpteenth time of her griping about me touching her stuff (stuff upstairs) I went into build mode and scrapped it all. Then I killed her and dumped her body in the water. I should've just killed her the first time.
