Spoiler Question - Markarth Shadowmark - Silver Blood Inn : V

I've searched around in the forum for this but didn't see any mention of this specific one -

why is there a Shadowmark signaling "Danger" on the Silver-Blood Inn entry? I've never been able to figure this one out, but I haven't spent a great deal of time doing Markarth side quests, either.

The Silver-Bloods are powerful, and control a lot of the town, this may have something to do with it. Like the Black-Briars in Riften
