As part of the final railroad main quest, i by mistake skipped the option to evacuate the civilians in the institute before blowing it up. Is there any console command to fix that stage in the quest? I know the quest ID and stage ID but havent found any command that works for it.

And as for just going back to a previous save, well im long past finishing that quest and only just realized, so i have no saves. Now Preston is on my ass about it :<
