No Spoilers please

Why lock threads which contain no spoilers moderators? Unless asking for help with my broken main quest is considered a spoiler (I included no quest details in posts). I've went back hours through my 20-30 saves with the same outcome. Should I start a new game with the fact that the exact same could happen again gnawing at the back of my mind after 90-100 hours of gameplay. All I wanted to know was whether there was a workaround I had not thought of. For example, I hadn't thought of using the console, but then with a new game, why should I?

Because explaining a workaround could inturn reveal parts of a quest.

Just post it in the Spoilers section............Simple
