SPOILERS -Pretty satisfying ending and story :)

I have to say Crytek really did a good job with the story. Story and characters were not really their strong point, but man they did a great job this time around! Psycho was my favorite :)

They really tied up the story nicely in the end. It was really cool to see Prophet in his old body again, and go cloak with no suit (since he essentially is one with the suit now). The story bits in the options menu really are interesting too. A really good Sci-Fi story :)

Amazing game, loving it maxed on PC. Amazing job Crytek Thank you :)

What I don't like is not a word about Alcatraz, I mean according to the book poor bastard was still there and aware that he is not Prophet.

SPOILERS - They mention him being pretty much dead, and would die without the suit in Crysis 2. I assumed he was almost dead, and his brain in a very simple coma like state since the suit throughout Crysis 2 is ordering you around. I think he dies completely and his body used as a way to keep the suit (Prophet) going. At the end of Crysis 3 Prophet has his old body back, since the nanites can morph into any form now. So ya poor Alcatraz was used pretty hard, although he was pretty much dead to begin with at the beginning of Crysis 2.

It's really an interesting Sci-Fi concept. I just wonder what Alcatraz looked like :P

While it was confirmed that Alcatraz was 'dead' by the writer, some data you can find in the game actually says his personality profile was placed in indefinite storage. Technically not dead, but I doubt we will ever hear from him again. Good riddance in my opinion.

Like how his name kind of represents his state, locked up, alone, etc haha

Yeah in Crysis 2 he was already dead. Just a stolen corpse, he himself is nothing but just a part that the entity Prophet used to replace his old, infected flesh with. At the end of crysis 2 prophet had already returned, overriding anything left of alcatraz. It did reinforce that point in Crysis 3. Yeah that bit about how his personality is in storage really hits the point home that he's not attached with the body.

I however am more curious about Nomad. Did you see the story element where it just has xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx etc for what happend? Basically, they carefully avoided noting what happened to him in Crysis 3. Although Psycho said it was only those two who survived though it came off to me more of like it's just an unknown rather than a certainty. Unless this was explained somewhere and I missed it and that body in the skinning lab was him.
