I believe it is from OOO or alternative start. Captain ansol and hewie. do they have anything to do with anything. he says he only takes bravillians so i made a bravillian. no go. can anyone assist me if hes actually apart of a quest or some secret locaton?

They are part of Blood and Mud.EDIT they exist in Bravil and Anvil.

i also seen them down panthers reach or whatever that inland point is. point is he says same thing to my character i start out of bravil. how can you be classified as bravillian to him so he takes you somewhere.
