There hasn't been one of these in ages, but they are fun.

Starting off pretty easy here...
I counted 12 different mods in this pic. Can you find all 12, or perhaps more?

Given the ear mesh on the Dreamer, I'll hazard that a head replacer is used (BH or VV or another, can not truly be sure)
Of course a World Texture Replacer is present (or a couple in conjunction with one another, though I can discern Connary's)

As for the rest (unless the glass is modded [ala glowing glass], but that is hard to determine from the screen) :shrug:

EDIT: Are you counting MGE as a mod?

EDIT2: I spot a magic/enchantment icon texture replacer :bolt:

The Dreamer's head isn't from VV, but the hair may be. Is that Darknut's texture on the glass shield?

I think the male Dunmer body is using Fit Better-Bodies textures by Westly.

Ah, what the hell, while I'm at it, though there's no humanly possible way I could tell at all, even a little bit, from that screenshot if this is the case, but is that a sky replacer?

Everything Westly said is correct.
Adding Helena and Povuholo's correct answers too, that brings the total found to 11.

Oh, and Dirnae is correct. UV Rocks is on there. (I forgot to count that one)

I didn't count MGE, but it's there. I'm using Vurt's skies, but it's hard to tell, since it could be vanilla.

But there is two more, one very obvious, that no one has mentioned yet.

I don't think I've downloaded any of these mods but is the lamp on the banner one? it seems a bit too detailed for factory set Morrowind.

Well I'm guessing that the clothes are by Plangkye - Hilgya the seamstress, hair looks like a Ren but perhaps Kateri's unofficial Oblivion conversion - not sure about the texture mods

it's hilgya, qarls hot faces(?), as illy stated rens or kateris oblivion hair, more diverse imperial buildings (or so) the tex replacer looks like vibrant morrowind and i don't know the mod that places a castle there. mge of course.
