What is the fuel source being used, isn't most oil gone in fallout? That's what the war was about.

From the wiki:
This energy crisis was in part the result of the ever-increasing amounts of fossil-fuel required to power the http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Fallout world's larger and less energy-efficient technologies when compared with those of our own world, due to their failure to develop miniaturized electronics and more advanced manufacturing materials. The result of this energy crisis was an increasing scramble by all of the advanced, industrialized nations to secure the few remaining supplies of untapped petroleum around the world.
Apparently the smaller tech like automobiles was already setup with fossil fuel alternatives and it was heavy industry that was fighting for oil not the avg citizen.
How would cars even work in fallout? For some reason I just feel like Bethesda's engine for the game is just to immobile for vehicles, if that makes sense.
ah!....
.... -.- honestly it is not like you think, it could be a jet-pack that fly you close the ground in a normal and save altitude.
you know what they call flying infantry?
Skeet.
Does the Garage have car books in it because it's an auto garage, and they usually have them there?
Actualy I would not be the least bit suprised if they were just the new repair mags (popular mechanics had all kinds of contruction and repair tips)
Just a update of something.
The perk skill thing I saw was not a driving skill book it's a swimming pool.

But there is a picture that shows what looks like a car on the compass in Fallout 4. Scroll down to comment #4.

What do other people think? I really hope there are cars to drive in Fallout 4 like the Highwayman in Fallout 2, something like 1 car maybe 3 working cars total in all of the video game world map of Fallout 4?
BTW, Beth Blog has the full perk chart out now.....and they have confirmed that there will be skill books/magazines that add/rank up perks (oh, i now see the link above...sorry).
I still doubt there is any driveable vehicles besides the PA we have already seen.
I'm pretty sure it was already confirmed that there are no vehicles in Fallout 4. Aside from the vertibird, anyway.
