This is the only achievement I need to get. I am running as an operative and have been hanging out in disguise waiting for enemy operatives to wander by in disguise.

My question is, can you spot them when you yourself are in disguise, or do you need to not be in disguise for it to work? I ask this because I found an operative in disguise and stared right at them and it didn't work. They had my name, so I know it was an enemy Op. I was in disguise myself at the time.

Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

I'm also having trouble getting this achievement. I vaguely remember from one of the training videos that you have to damage them break their disguise and reveal enemy ops? Although how you're supposed to spot enemy ops in the first place is a mystery to me unless they happen to be disguised as yourself. Maybe just pop a couple rounds at your teammates every so often (obviously not in competition/old school)?

You have to either "iron sight" disguised operative with homing beacon (being operative yourself ofc) or shoot him.

Yup, you have to hit them with the ol' wallhack ability. Back in my day that was cheating.

I got the achiev by noticing a teammate acting odd and walking in a weird direction, so I shot him and he died. I don't think you need to be an op and have the skill to get.

Another way to do it is that if they're disguised as you, all you need to do is get your crosshairs lined up on them. Your name will appear over their head, then the "Hey, he looks like me!" line plays and the Disguise breaks - you don't have to fire a shot.

I got it yesterday. I was going against an enemy operative over and over again around the health command post on the security tower. We just both kept migrating there and duking it out. I happened around a corner just as he disguised himself, and lined him up as he wandered on over. It worked just like marking enemy soldiers. It highlighted him, then his disguise dropped and I lit him up.
