Lets take the Holorifle for example; the normal spread is 0.4. Does this mean it has 4 degrees of spread, or 0.4 degrees of spread? Because if it's 0.4 degrees of spread, the Holorifle has a nearly negligible spread compared to the Anti-Materiel Rifle's (0.015 degrees of spread), while there is a pretty drastic difference if the spread is 4 degrees, since the AMR would only have 0.15 degrees of spread.
Here's the reason I'm confused:

Now, how would the users stance, weapon condition and skill affect accuracy? Does it reduce the weapons actual accuracy, or simply make the weapon sway more, meaning you'll be less likely to hit targets?
Thanks to anyone (if anyone) who answers some or all of these questions!
