At least now we know they have abandoned the game. No more need to wonder.

Looks like I will have to find something to do with my gaming time now.... thanks for wasting my time and hard earned money.

I take that back I was the svcker that bought into it so I am the one to blame really. Crytek the snake oil salesman.

Sia come and play some HALO R) with us. Its is fun learning all over again.

I want to play BF3 so bad now because I know they will have proper support and the devs actually give a D@MN about the product they put out. /looks in Cryteks direction.

So because the aren't patching anything people are leaving LOL.

Name games that have had more than 1 or 2 patches that actually FIXED a lot of things. You people are sad.... CoD doesn't even get good patches.

I've just read through it and nothing indicates that they will stop patches for console. I may have missed something as I skimmed over it.

Grind-- this thread is just to let people know who have been waiting for patches that there will not be anymore. never said people should leave or quit the game. I for one am kinda relieved that we no longer have to hope and wait for info on a patch. this way I can focus on just playing the game because it is what it is.

And they are able to do that, cuz they only have one Game which is Halo, and they didn't support the game very well during Halo CE days. Just they are so big now they can take the time and money to do it. Basically Bungie and Blizzard are the only two big enough to.. and Blizzard is on PC so it is easy to patch on their.

^ Right well, that can't be controlled. A lot of people look for great support for an online game, which this game lacks.

The fact of the matter is that I left Halo Reach for this turd but I found some cool dudes to play with. This game got worse after those lousy patches and for them to say that they are happy with the state of their multiplayer is a slap in the consumers face. But that's just my opinion. Carry on.

So what you are saying is that because crytek isn't very big, they shouldn't have to support their game. I paid full price and expected full support. Thats not too much to ask is it?

Nope, its not too much, but I am saying they aren't able to support the game to the extent people are expecting because of the finances that are needed to be able to do that. Nobody is able to support their games very well besides the ones i listed before. Especially on XBOX where you can't directly patch something because of having the update be accepted by Microsoft and then implemented, and putting it the Microsoft cost a good amount of money. Where updating on the PC is free (basically).

I am not trying to call anyone out I just want to add to this.
Homefront had a small development team (KAOS) as well but found mild success after proper patching. So saying that Crytek is small has no baring on the fact that they neglect the console for the PC because of the monetary value it takes to fix said problems based on size is an irrelevant point. Crytek have more money than KAOS (Homefront) ever had. The government projects for the new VR soldier program would be a large chunk of money along with the acclaim generated with the new roman era Kinect game Ryse would insure enough said money to at least patch the MP for this game. Plus I think if this game fails on console it will do nothing short of making consumers sketchy about purchasing their new products. Crysis 1 & 3 included.

I am not leaving, I just need an occasional alternative. I love the game but it is a love / hate relationship. I love the game and all its glory but hate the 1,000,001 bugs glitches and countless other things. I don't believe these issues are totally game breaking but a build up over time makes them frustrating enough to constitute a similar reaction.

My 2 cents.

The only thing I don't like in this game is hosting/server picking. That its. In custom games nothing is problematic.

I would agree with this as one of many issues. There are quite a few others but there is a current issue list that outlines most of those so I will leave that list in that thread. But I do agree with host selection. Migration and rage quitters being a close second.
