k this is seriously annoying. This problem I'm about to show you only happens once every so often and I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling all my drivers. I'm currently running DX11 and 11.7 Catalyst. My system specs are

core i7 2600k
gigabyte mobo z68a-d3-b3
corsair vengeance 8gb
sapphire radeon hd 6970

I've tried testing my ram sticks individually and problem still persist. The guys at cyberpower(where I bought my pc) insist it's a software issue because the problem doesn't happen every time I play a game(It happens across all games no matter what graphic settings but doesn't happen every time*). They say it would be a hardware issue if it had. I can send it back to them but will be PC less for about 2 weeks so before I do if anyone has any idea of whats going on please feel free to provide any input.

Also it ONLY happens when I boot up a game and sometimes it takes a while to happen and sometimes it's immediate. It doesn't go away unless I power down my system.
