I have Gtx960 and i7-4720hq CPU. Both SSE says low quality when I run. And when I switch to High Quality;

1. In opening screen, where Bethesda's logo shows up, there is an almost one minute pause.


2. I get 30ish fps in the main menu and 7 FPS IN GAME -.-


3. There are two slightly thin lines, one in the middle and in the left corner which has different quality than rest of the screen.

I am trying every trick in the book. Like running the game in windowed mode or checking every system on the computer. I deleted most of the useless stuff on the computer to make over 200 GB free space.

Updated your GPU driver? Tried a game cache verify?

Have you checked for Nvidia updates?

I have a Nvidia GTX 750 Ti 2 Gb and my game is running smoothly. Of course I don't use mods right now, but later I'll add a bunch of mods and doing that could cause a FPS hit in my game.

I will check those. I don't really understand computers much but I will try to look into those.

I changed Manage 3D Settings in NVIDIA Control Panel, switching to high-performance NVIDIA processor. Now I get the game running at 30-35 fps in Ultra Quality.
