Staff at EA going to a C3 trouble shooting seminar.

So I recently reinstalled my copy of crysis 2 and had an issue with the cd key so I called customer support. Well actually they called me.lol. So while the guy was helping I could hear a lady in the background talking. I paid her no never mind until I heard her talking about issues with dead space 3. Been wanting to buy that game. I then heard her talking to the guy that was helping me and she told him to remember that tomorrow they had a crysis 3 troubleshooting seminar. I don't know if this makes me happy or sad. Happy because at least if we do have issues with our copies of C3 they will be able to handle the problem swiftly. A little sad because Ea already knows things aren't going to go smoothly.

This is not so weird actually. The main issue here is that crysis releases on PC, every pc has a unique configuration that can cause a unexpected problem. No system is the same. They cant possibly test all configurations so it makes sense they are preparing for their first major FPS release of 2013. ALso i think we all would be suprised the issues people bring to Customer Support
