I'm currently playing Oblivion again and I'm looking for the staff that resurrects dead NPC's. I remember having it years ago when I played Oblivion but can't remember the name. Is it the Staff of Worms? If so, where do I find it?

Finish the Mages Guild questline, and you will get it.
