Please Advise. I have almost 750 hours in Skyrim will out any problems. I think I'm finished if I can get this quest and it's following ones done. I've spent way too may hours trying to initiate this quest "A New Source of Stalhrim". I've never used a mod but will if I have to.

I have tried setstage dlc2sv02 40, misc etc. without any success. I have tried to get the map that shows where it is 01caf2 but the command isn't recognized.

Any ideas. I have STEAM version.
