I have been trying to have a comfortable experience playing this game with KB+Mouse but it just does not want me too! Every time I press TAB, X or ESC in game to get to menus/customise options it STALLS/LOCKS UP FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS! Then it finally comes up and when I want to return to game it stalls for 30 seconds again? Why in the hell is this happening? I thought i'd plug my 360 controller in and try play and it runs smooth as, no problems at all.

My computer can handle the game very well and when im actually playing its all a smooth experience. But soon as I press a button to get to menu it freezes..

Fix this, all I want is to play the game how it was meant to be played and not get fed up with it and want to snap the disk in half..

it's a driver issue on your end

graphics card drivers are completely up to date. surely couldn't be a keyboard driver issue??

It does not happen on my laptop which is even more underpowered than my PC.

Please guys I need an answer here what should I do to get it working smoothly? I just want to enjoy the game but that can't happen until this is solved.

Why is this game locking up when I press X, TAB or ESC key? And why does it run smooth when I use a 360 controller? I want to be able to play KB+Mouse for multiplayer!

clearly Crytek doesn't give a **** about the game or its customers then. I am disgusted no help has been offered.
