I've got a bug that I suspect is related to PerMa. My character is having odd stamina drain effects that aren't showing in the active effects menu. When I've been in combat, getting hit by a weapon/spell/arrow would appear to cause a stamina "bleed", which continues for quite some time after combat, resulting in an empty stamina bar that jumps up slightly to regen, but is then reduced to 0 again about every second. I can manually reset it by re-equipping any armour, but it happens whether I wear armour or not.
I've researched this bug a lot, and I've found some information saying it may have something to do with a "hidden perk" or debuff that must be reset, in the case (linked) a requiem perk.

I run quite a small mod list, so I'm doubtful it is an issue there. I've also posted on the modpage and r/skyrimmods, a couple of people have had similar issues apparently (http://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/31dd8w/help_stamina_drainbleed_possibly_perma_related/)
Can anyone help me out with this? If there's a stamina bleed effect in perma, it may be the culprit.
