Standing Stone for Nightblade

Post » Fri Jun 22, 2012 4:01 pm

I know classes don't exist in this game, however, I still make classes up or use classes. What standing stone would you recommend for a nightblade? I do not want to use the Shadow Stone because Invisibility can be made ala potions or Illusion, which my character will be using illusion, therefore. It will be a Breton Nightblade, I only make Bretons.

Well my Nightblade will be specializing in Illusion, Alteration, Sneak, Backstab with dagger, Enchantment, and Alchemy for custom toxins. And maybe Destruction, problem with the destruction tree this time is there is no Armor degragation spells or weapon degragation spells that I know of.

I would recommend the Serpent Stone. Free 5 sec paralyze for ALL level is invaluable. It could save you from certain death situation.

Mage if you have destruction and Warrior if you don't so you lvl faster then pick serpent, lord or whatever at higher lvls, the game isn't that hard so you'll have use of serpent too much anyway imo btw if you use breton you can pick the stone that gives you 50 % magic resist so you have 75% that would be even better (forgotten the name of the stone though).

Some stones are useful for any build, Steed enables you to move full speed in armour and carry enough poisons to last forever (potions really do start to add up), and the Lord would give you 50% magic resistance being a Breton, as well as the extra 6% damage mitigation. Atronach gives you 50 magicka, at a cost of -50% regeneration, but if you want to get in quick kills, rather than engage in lengthy destruction duels, might fit your build well, and the magic absorption, with your racial power, can make you invulnerable to spells for a short while.

lol...it's humorous to play the Dark Brotherhood quest line and use the Illusion Fury spell on the contracts. Whole town murders who I need to murder.
