I'm running Star X Vanilla Vampires Revised And Vampire Hunting Order of Virtuous Blood at the same time. I know that Vampire Hunting OVB works just fine and doing the quests but I don't know how to start StarX's quest. I've been hanging around the IC temple district as the read-me said but noone's approaching me.

How do I begin StarX's quest?
