And yes.... thats the empire strikes back easter egg (When luke is hanging upside down with his ankles trapped in ice after the Wampa knocked him out)

Yes, it is reference to Star Wars. A similar scene could be found in Morrowind's Bloodmoon expansion I believe.

I Can't remember where, but beside a big fire was two burnt bodies laying next to it, reminds me when Luke finds his Uncle and Aunt dead.

There are loads. You just need to keep an eye out for them. Ive literally just walked past a sword embedded in a stone.

I just did a quest/side mission that I passed a sword in a stone in. It was a plain sword but the mission was something like the Quest for Red Eagle. It will point you too a cave that the sword is next to.

I found that sword in the stone somewhere, I can't remember the exact place, I wanna say it was where those restless ghosts are....

Anyway, the easter egg with Owen and Beru is in Fallout New Vegas. You find their charred corpses next to a destroyed house.
