Oh I'm a huge fan too, I'm just saying that I don't think the fandom thinks this will be the new Jesus of movies or anything like that.

It defianately looks more like Star Wars than the prequels, or rahter it's more in the spirit of the originals than the prequels were. I don't expect it to be better than the originals but I expect it to be good enough to be counted as a piece in the saga without people claiming that it doesn't exist.

And idk, I don't really feel hype the same way that I used to, I don't really know why the only time I've completely boarded a hypetrain was when Skyrim was announced. Maybe I got burnt a little, idk.

Officially, Revan is probably not canon. Unofficially, he's sort of in an ambiguous spot, as he almost appeared in an episode of The Clone Wars and the fact remains that aside form the Korriban/Moraband naming thing, the Old Republic Era, having taken place in the distant past, isn't necessarily mutually exclusive with the new Disney canon yet.

I think the live like coulple hundreds of years or something i remember something about it on Knight of the Old Republic.
