ok, i am thoroughly confused, i cleared the drive in, i made the recruitment beacon, and i made the generator, but i cant find any wire to connect the generator to the beacon. i checked the workbench and do not see an option to make it.

can someone please help me with what i am missing?

Highlight the object and there should be an option to attach wire. If you don't have cooper, try scraping light bulbs and lamps

In construction mode, look at the generator or the transmitter so they highlight and a control tip should show with the relevant control to attach wire.

On Pc, by default it's space. Don't know about consoles.
