Hi all! I am also having the problem with not being able to load the menu. I have read though all the posts here and sent a report to Bethesda's email. The most common answer I have seen here is to ' hard reset ' your xbox, or reset it. By holding down the power button for 5-10 seconds. My question is will doing this or even uninstalling and reinstalling this, will this cause you to lose your save files and all data in the game so far? And is there any update to whether or not Bethesda is fixing this, and is it worth it to reset it? Also, does the reset actually work?

I have fixed this, unplug xbox from wall for atleast 5 seconds, plug it back in. It fixed it, and I didn't lose my saves.

Except it may happen again. It was fixed when I did that, but when I turned off the console to do something else and turned it back on, the glitch returned. Maybe unplugging might fix it again?
