Arguing with a guard and questioning his heritage, his mother's heritage and his own manlihood.
Seriously, we have plenty of time to come up with real back stories for our characters. I'm planning on doing one for Skyrim and really Role Playing the character.

I'm actually considering to write a diary for my character as things unfold in Skyrim. First entry would be "So how did I end up in prison on this glacier of a land?".
Due to rumours circulating among the town folk that you momentarily picked up a spoon. The rumour spread like wild fire to the guards who hunted you down in their hundreds.
Because we were born in prison, and at the time your mother (never have six with a guard again, mom!) didn't have enough money to afford a home, so we live in a prison cell. Sadly the mother died and you hope for a miracle.
Because you murdered a bosmer who said to you "By Hrothgar, by Hrothgar, by Hrothgar! It's the Dovahkiin! I can't believe it's you! Standing here! Next to me!"
