.... about canyons, and water, and rocks. Big rocks. So figured it was time to crank up FONV again after about a 2 year absence. Having a blast! Got set up in the hotel and headed for Zion. Have a companion this time in Zion, Didn't last time, "cause after the ambush" I just shot anything that moved. I'm hoping Ii can actually finish a game. I'm playing the PS3 version and have never been able to actually finish a game. But hey, it's all about the journey (at least that's what I keep telling myself).

I did think you could startup a new game and head straight to a DLC. Don't they have a minimum level recommendation?

Not to my knowledge, but they do have a recommended level to start the DLC.

The only limit I'm aware of is in Lonesome Road - there is one terminal (75 Science needed) in the base commander's office in the silo that you have to be able to hack before proceeding any further in the DLC.

nahh gator you can go in with less than 75 science, I have a guy who went in at level 2, just couldn't hack the computer in Reslin's room, I just turned on the power and Eddie and I shot our way out past the turrets and sec bots. Side note finised it at around level 14 lol you do need science to get all the upgrades though, so if your after that might be better to wait few levels.

Dead money is crazy hard at low levels, but doable.

Honest Hearts is pretty easy at lower levels, since a lot of the annoying fights are against critters/cazzies etc.

OWB is bit harder so I would prolly go around 20, too high and some folks have had issues with hard to kill baddies.
