I was hoping to try one of the dlc's before even making it to Novac. As a low level character, would it be better to try OWB or LR? It would be nice to have access to the Sink early, but I will be stuck if I realize that I can't finish a single objective. How early is too early?

Would it lag my ps3 if I entered LR without finishing it and then entered OWB? I do face the issue of freezing and lagging sometimes already.
