Starting an Enclave Remnant Playthrough

I need to know the fastest way possible to get the Tesla Armor from Arcade Gannon. Like how to get him to befriend me fast, tell me his past and start the quest.

I believe you have to be at a certain point in the main quest to able to trigger much from him.

Well I got him to talk to me about the OSI, the Vertibird, and The Fort. Anything else I'm missing? I also have ED-E in my party.

I had done all those but it wasn't until I had almost completed for the republic pt 2 that he brought the idea of bringing the enclave together. You can get enclave power armor any time, just depends on how sneaky you are. The helmet I found in one of the mines/caves, and the armor was surrounded by deathclaws across the lake(east side) from ranger station echo (i think). Someone could maybe clarify better for you. Oh yeah, take him to the REPCONN test site, he said stuff about weapons and some acronym.

That is correct, the helmet can be found in a cave filled with the giant death flies, and the armor can be found in the Deathclaw Promontory (unmarked location on the east side of the Colorado).

No thanks, about the promontory, I had enough "fun" in the sanctuary...

Is there any possible way to get Remnant Power Armor and Arcade's Power Armor?

You have to have the first progression in the main quest after Benny, I'm not sure about the others but I know that's a confirmed req.

Nice to know someone did a similar playthrough to me. :)

My guy was an Enclave soldier from the East Coast. Left that all behind; he didn't really care much for the organisation and regretted some of his actions... but he still missed it. Well, that's the short version, anyway.

It sounds stupid, but gathering the Remnants and obtaining my Advanced Power Armour Mk II was one of my favourite gaming moments.

You have to get to a certain point in the main quest, and for good reason. If you didn't you would be able to have the best armor in the game very early. So if you want to get it as fast as possible, rush through the main quest until you are towards the end of the second act, and Arcade should talk to you, seems like you have gone to enough special places with him.
