Once upon a time I had Fallout 3 and all of the DLC. Played it for an insane, well pretty sane 'round these parts, amount of time. To gear up for Fallout 4, I wanted to revisit the Capital Wasteland one more time. I found my disc, but no case. It's not a GOYT edition, but I can't remember where how I got all the DLC. It's not listed as a game in my Steam Library. This is a new computer, not sure if that effects anything with Steam.

How could I have gotten them? Think I'm SOL, but figured i'd ask.
