Topic is not about creating new character. It's about resetting. I was not able to find such thin because I was low-lvl. But I haven't found such thing in QuakeCon either. If it doesn't break NDA (maybe someone encounter this in-game) maybe someone know if I could reset all skill points, ability points and invent all them in another skills or abilities? Or maybe with help of shards you could open and morph all skills from all guilds and all weapons.

you mean respec, i believe they said we can respec. i mean even without them saying it i would bet that we could, all games have it now

You can respec you character, think the perk reset in Skyrim. WOW had something similar, it will cost gold. This was in some dev interview.
Think wow respec if you have played it, however it will work more like in Skyrim as you will be restricted by skills, you can not put lots of perks into skill who are low.

Do not know if you also can re distribute health, magic and stamina but guess so.

But that would be blasphemy if you respec (that's the word! thanks) in TES world?) Wouldn't it break the atmosphere "be who you wanna be" in game?

Respec in Skyrim was pretty stupid you could continue to gain levels and adjust your character, if game was to hard you could adjust difficulty.

ESO is not Skyrim its an MMO, most people will have no idea that they do in the beginning, many will end up with gimped characters and loose all the time.

As it take a long time to create and level up an new character its an high chance they will quit without the ability to respec.

It's been confirmed that we can respec for gold.

You can respec your skill points and attribute points for a gold cost.
They've said it a couple of times in various interviews, think Konkle said it in the ESO alliance interview.

as long as it costs a lot of gold. im fine with respect. but I don't really want to see everyone respeccing willy nilly. the choices you make during the game should have some sort of impact.
