I just started hardcoe mode for the first time ... but I was -- offline -- with STEAM when I started the game!!!

Before I knew it I was deep into the game. I never switched off hardcoe while playing. Will I get the credit for the hardcoe Achievement at the end? I plan to be online at the end.
