guys i reset the quest 'the waters of life'(through resetquest command in the console).....actually i wanted to play the quest again from the start, as i was stuck in the taft tunnel and i did not had the desired save game.....now i cant find the quest on my pip-boy. it just vanished...and all the scientists including doctor li just disappeared..i can get into the memorial building again as it is locked by blue shields..so i just dont know what to do now...can anyone tell me how can i start the waters of life quest again...i cant proceed in the game...please help!!
