Starting villages/mini cities

I would want mini citites/villages so bad. In oblivion if you bought the fighters stonghold, you could get guards but that was about it, with a few other people. I want to be able to have a castle with a little bit of country side but be able to hire people. Pressuming you can use wood in craftables, citizens of your city could cut it down for you and youd pay them in gold. This could also be extended to other jobs like mining, smithing, guards, farming, etc. I would love this as long as its resticted to a small amount of people, because in oblivion i always got lonely.

Personally, I'm not interested in this for an Elder Scrolls game.

I want something like Raven Rock in Solstheim, if that's what you mean. It was lovely to watch the town grow and prosper, and to help out here and there if there was trouble with traitors and Spriggans, and to make some important decisions about what kind of shop to build.

I'd love it if there was something similar in Skyrim.

Yeah, if it's like Raven Rock I'm all for it.

If it's more like your House Fortress...not so much.

Once again, it would be nice to have something like this in vanilla, but if Bethesda doesn't do it, someone will probably do something similar to RTS:NW (awesome mod for FO3). You would start off alone, gather or buy resources, building your walls (in any location) and invite people or wait for random wanderers to show up. After a while, you would start to build houses/cave houses, assign jobs to NPCs like being a lumberjack, or a miner... you get my point.
