Please help! Ever since 4/24 at 11:00 p.m. my stats have reset and now I can no longer connect to any sessions. I have followed a few forum suggestions like making another account under new user name. That allowed me to play online for up to 2minutes then I would get disconnected. I reinstalled the game and no help. I contacted ea and they said it was my isp so I changed carriers still same problem. Contacted ea again and they could not help at all so they said to contact crytek. I emailed them my problem two weeks ago still no response. I have also sent messages to cryadam and crytom and no reply. I also had a back up of my save file before the stat reset I tried back up and still same problem. I can see the servers and when I join I can see others in the lobby sometimes hear them then I get kicked saying connection to session lost. Any suggestions would be great.
