Static to Activator Mods?

I was going to post this in the Mod Detectives thread, but didn't want to derail it with a long discussion about how to go about converting tons of statics to activators in tes3cmd or the CS if I can't find a modder's resource that's already done most of the work for me.

Anyway, what mods are out there that make tons of static objects into activators? I know there's a few furniture mods, and going in the opposite way, Denina made a misc items to static resource that's on MMH. What I'm mainly looking for is one that converts all the exterior pieces to activators for making player-built towns and the like. Has someone already made a resource like this?

I don't remember the name of it, but there is a pretty old mod that allows the player to purchase land and build up his/her own plantation, creating fields, adding slaves and slave quarters, and making buildings for guards. Would this have some of what you're looking for? I thought it was made by Fliggerty, but I could be mistaken.

Oh. I think it's called, The Farmer Mod or The Farm Mod. And, it was made by Josh. Don't know where it is found, though. Maybe MMH?

I'd be interested in this too, actually. I was planning on making a house building mod at some point and having that portion of it already done would be pretty useful. As for resources that do this, like you mentioned, Dave Humphrey's furniture mod turns pretty much all the game's furniture into activators, the issue is that they all have scripts attached to them. Other than that though, I can't think of anything. :/
