Each text is suposed to be a 'book' in the world of Tamriel, written by the philosopher 'Stavros Alithinos', in the time period between 4E 274 and 4E 280. (About 75 to 80 years after the events of Skyrim).
Stavros Alithinos is living at the Market district of the Imperial City, and has Nibenese ancestry.
Here is a 'book', entitled "The Conspiracy of the Whispers", in which Stavros Alithinos writes a conspiracy theory.

The Conspiracy of the Whispers
"So they preach that we should only worship Magnus, that any way of using Magicka is good, and that the more Magicka one uses, the better it will be for him in afterlife.
One may wonder, is it an accident that a little time after the College of Whispers was founded, the worship of Talos was banned in what remained of the Empire ?
And that Skyrim, which was the region that mostly disliked Magic in the Empire, had a civil war, that eventually led to its exit from the Empire, and the bad stereotype image of Nords to the rest of the Empire ?
I believe that these events were programmed, and are parts of a big conspiracy, that is taking place even today.
The College of Whispers had these ideas they have now all along, and secretly, one step at a time, they shape Tamriel the way they want.
They started by banning the worship of Talos, and now they want to ban the worship of every Divine except Magnus.
And of course it was Skyrim that was plunged in to chaos, with the civil war, revolution etc, because Nords dislike Magic, and Mages Nords, and of all the Mages, those of the College of Whispers the most.
And what about the fact, that the modern lords of our realm are the High Elves, who have always been magic users, and the most able to do magic ? Is that a coincidence too ?
No. But the mass of the population doesn't understand that the Altmer are nothing more than pawns, secretly and unknowingly working on the Conspiracy of Whispers. The Altmer are led by the Thalmor.
And the Thalmor are known for their connection with the College of Whispers. The truth is I'm afraid that there are forces way more powerful and big than those the majority think, that are leading the world."
