So you see my Stealth is maximum but the callence says I need 2 more up's?

The challenges "Invisible War" and "Form Tetsudo!" are bugged at the moment. They are not retroactive which means any levels you earn in Stealth or Armor BEFORE unlocking those challenges do not contribute towards completing it.

Basically if you earn a single level in Armor or Stealth before unlocking them they cannot be completed.
