Stealth kill useless in Post-Human Warrior difficulty

I started replaying the SP campaign on PHW difficulty, and the stealth kill takes forever, due to the increase lethality in PHW difficulty you die instantly when you stealth kill an enemy, does anyone have the same issue?

I think most people don't try to stealthily kill someone with their hands when there's an enemy watching.
