Stealth mod reccomendation : IV

I'm looking for a stealth mod that doesn't require OBSE. I'm looking for something thats like the Stealth Overhaul mod. Any suggestions?

Maybe D2D version of Oblivion?

Unfortunately, most of the really good stealth mods need OBSE. I like Sneaking Detection Recalibrated, which is basically every good stealth mod rolled into one configurable package.
