Stealthy companions... perks?

Post » Sun Dec 06, 2015 12:23 am

So past getting sick about stepping an inch into a complex and being instantly detected duo to a companion i've been trying to create one that can actually attempt to sneak.

But it seems there is one huge problem that just ruins it all right now.

Followers tend to "run" in sneak mode. U can't make them moving slowly, they will run a short way eventually, no mater what.

I "gave" my companion 15 base agility + ~ 4 agility duo to equipment, every piece of equipment is shadowed and muffled, if possible, but they simply don't have the perk to be able to move fast silently which ruins everything everytime.

Any ideas how to enable that damn perk on companions? :o

As far as I know ya can't enable perks on companions, ya might be able to enable the actual effect itself, but I'll leave that to the command masters to tell ya.

"Stay" command and keep them active while you initiate.

(Active being their context sensitive menu is still up and ready to be ordered about).

And how does that help exactly? Its the same thing i'm doing now. Saying "stay", do the entire thing alone, fasttravel, yay, i've my companion back again, who i have to leave behind again next time.

Even a almost perfect equipped companion with 15 Agility is being heard from miles away.
